Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We have a 30-day No-Questions-Asked return policy for all purchases made on www.OrangeWhipGolf.com if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The same applies to exchanges for a different style or size of Trainer. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@orangewhiptrainer.com.

Return Shipping Label
Once your return or exchange request is accepted, we’ll email you a free return shipping label link. Free return labels are only available for US addresses.

Our returns are received at: Orange Whip Golf Returns, 124 B Kay Drive, Easley, SC 29640.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your Orange Whip Golf product becomes damaged during normal use, it is covered by our 2-year Manufacturer's Warranty. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned or exchanged Orange Whip Golf products purchased outside of OrangeWhipGolf.com. Please contact the original retailer directly for their return and exchange policies.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment source within 1 business day of receipt of your return at our warehouse. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 8 business days have passed since we’ve received your return and your original payment still shows no refund, please contact info@orangewhiptrainer.com.
