Time to feel the power from strong, mobile hips.  Modify the jumping movements if low impact is needed.  Push for as many reps of each movement with proper form and full depth during the squats and lunges.  Pace yourself in the first round and try to save enough for the last hole in an attempt to stay safe and balanced during the speed skaters.
