GOALS:

  • Increase hip and core strength to increase power through the pelvis and torso
  • Improves hip joint mobility to be better applied during the lower body rotation swing swill

This E9 is going to work your hip mobility and strength allowing you to CLIMB THE LEADERBOARD. Modify these movements if jumping is an issue. The Spidermans can also be modified if form is sacrificed. Work hard through the minute but feel free to take breaks and jump back in. This E9 will greatly enhance your hip and core fitness elements leading to more control and strength in your swing.
